1. What I Know about this case/problem?

  i'm only have a little knowledge about data flow diagram... i'll try my best to answer question no 6 n 7...but not confident because maybe its wrong!!!hihi

2. What I do not know about this case/problem?

  i don't understand what is input volume?? is it stock??? or stand for what???? still thinking....ermmmm

3. What I like about this PBL session?

    i just like data flow diagram........ maybe just draw everything make process, file, and everything in DFD...i think i can do DFD...hihi

4. What I do not like about this PBL session?

     sometimes... i don't understand what the question want? what the meaning of the question... its take time to understand everything!!!
